We have partnered up with a major multimedia provider who are rapidly expanding and are now recruiting Outbound call centre agents! The campaign is split into 4 sub-campaigns, prospect, value, upgrades and welcome back!

Sub Campaigns descriptions: -

• Prospect – Contacting potential customers to discuss the current offers and offer the best deals and packages to suit the customer’s needs.
• Value – Contacting existing/previous customers who have recently cancelled part of their package and offering exclusive deals and offers for the customer to reinstate their package.
• Upgrades – Contacting existing customers to perform an account review and ensure they are getting the best value for money, whilst also meeting the customer’s needs and offering additional products and services.
• Welcome Back – Contacting previous customers who have cancelled their package and offering the best deals and special offers available to win the customer back and rejoin.

What will I be doing?

Within all sub-campaigns you will be primarily discussing with all existing, old, or new customers their TV packages, with the potential to upsell on broadband packages. You will be expected to build a great rapport with all customers you speak with, to ensure the most effective needs analysis is completed to offer the customer the most suitable package available. 

Full in-house training will be given, as well as ongoing support and development.

Package:

Monday – Friday

10AM – 7PM – with the opportunity for over time!

(weekend work is available as additional overtime)

BASIC Salary £21,673.60 per annum

UNCAPPED COMMISSION!

Commission scheme which is uncapped and paid 1 month in arrears!

• Average - £250-£300pm
• Top Earners - £700-£800pm

As part of the loyalty scheme, you will see your annual salary increase every year of your tenure up to £23,000 basic salary per annum for 3 years of service!
