We’ve been growing and growing. Although times have been hard for many in our industry, we’ve been lucky enough to make it through better than ever. Because of consistent growth throughout 2021, we are hiring in our Sheffield branch and opening up our horizons new branches around the UK. We are looking for, and looking forward to, working with motivated, vibrant professions to  maintain and continue our growth into the future.

Who are we recruiting

We are recruiting Recruiters. We are looking for recruiters in both Branch Management, Business Development and resourcing (B2B) . Our ideal candidates are outgoing and eager to learn, and have good interpersonal skills. Whilst, having previous experience in recruitment, sales, marketing is lovely, it’s not a deal breaker as we are willing to nurture determined and willing candidates.

Which roles are we recruiting for

Business Development Manager:

This role is strictly (B2B) and will consist of winning new contracts and introducing our services to new clients and building and nurturing relationships with them. This is an Account Management Role and will be creating, maintaining and growing client relationships. 

It will involve:

  • Carrying out direct marketing and sales activities with potential companies
    • Telesales
    • In-person
  • Building profitable long-term client relationships
  • Increasing profit from existing and new customers in-line with staff One’s practices
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and prospects


This role involves liaising with StaffOne clients to gather their requirements for candidates to fill their vacant roles. Once these requirements are gathered, a resourcer will advertise and look to fill the role. (job board, inhouse database, our website, bespoke marketing campaigns)

It will involve:

  • Gathering Role requirements
  • Telephone screening potential candidates
  • Supporting candidates with application processes
  • Maintaining relationships with successful candidates
  • Seeking out candidates through available portals and platforms
  • Overcoming low application scenarios or candidate scarcity by inventive and resourceful recruitment methods
