Another contract win for Staff One! as this month we have won a contract to supply 150 staff for a massive campaign for one of the UK’s leading broadcasting, telecom and media companies, which puts us in an amazing position to offer a rewarding full time opportunity to a huge number of people!

Who are we recruiting

As you know at StaffOne we’re all about equal opportunity and inclusion so we’re recruiting across all ages and disciplines who are interested in working within a call centre environment. We’re looking for people with great work ethic and are keen to learn. In this role you will be given premium training and allowed to shadow a working professional before beginning. There won’t be any element of being dropped in at the deep end and left to sink or swim. The success of your role and the experience of the customers will hinge on your training, motivation and management support.

What is the role

The roles are in sales & customer service. Together successful candidates will be building and maintaining the relationships of a major TV, Telecoms and Broadcasting Company and their customers (B2C). Successful candidates will do this through good interpersonal skills and excellent training in our partner’s market leading business practices.

On a daily basis you will be speaking with customers about accounts, products, sales and retention. This will be an outbound calling role with the odd inbound call to take too. Focus for the company is very much on brand, service and the experience of each and every customer you speak to.

Not only are we offering an entry salary of £18,533 per year, this role also comes with a range of incentives to make the workplace comfortable, to save you money, and to enjoy benefits of the job from day one.

All incentives in this role don’t require you to spend a penny of your own money and are laid on as an incentive from the moment you’ve hit the floor after training. You will be working for a company that takes care of their own.
