We’re looking for people with great work ethic and are keen to learn. In this role you will be given premium training and allowed to shadow a working professional before beginning. There won’t be any element of being dropped in at the deep end and left to sink or swim. The success of your role and the experience of the customers will hinge on your training, motivation and management support.
The roles are in sales & customer service. Together successful candidates will be building and maintaining the relationships of a major TV, Telecoms and Broadcasting Company and their customers (B2C). Successful candidates will do this through good interpersonal skills and excellent training in our partner’s market leading business practices.
On a daily basis you will be speaking with customers about accounts, products, sales and retention. This will be an outbound calling role with the odd inbound call to take too. Focus for the company is very much on brand, service and the experience of each and every customer you speak to.
